The Real-world evidence (RWE) Navigator website (Beta version) (“the website”) and all information contained in are available for use subject to the following terms and conditions. Being a beta version of the website, this site is subject to change. By accessing the website, you agree to these terms and conditions of use.

Background

  1. The website is owned and operated by the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (“NICE”) a non-departmental public body established under primary legislation and based at Level 1, City Tower, Piccadilly Plaza, Manchester, M1 4BT, United Kingdom (“NICE“, “us“, “our” or “we“)
  2. The content is co-owned by NICE and the IMI Get Real contributorsa.
  3. These terms and conditions apply to the use of any of the website https://rwe-navigator.eu domain. Where indicated, additional terms and conditions apply to specific websites only.
  4. The website is an output from the IMI GetReal project. The website summarises and integrates the outputs of all the Work Packages of the IMI GetReal project (signposting to products from GetReal). It is also a general directory of resources on the use of real-world evidence in medicines development, an educational resource on potential issues in demonstrating relative effectiveness for medicines, and guides users to specific types of analyses or study designs using RWE in medicine development to potentially address issues in demonstrating relative effectiveness.
  5. Users must only use the site for purposes consistent with these Terms of Use including any conditions relating to specific websites outlined below.
  6. If you do not comply with these Terms of Use, we may block your access to the website.

General

  1. The information on the website is there to inform stakeholders involved in or interested in using real-world evidence to support the development of medicines.
  2. The websites are also accessible by the general public Worldwide. Members of the general public may also find them of interest.

Your use of the website

  1. You may only use the websites for lawful purposes. You may not use, and shall take all reasonable steps to ensure that no other person uses the websites in a way that does not comply with the terms of any laws applicable to you or that is in any way unlawful.

  3. You may print copy or download the content from the website for educational and not-for-profit purposes only and provided always that:
    1. IMI Get Real is acknowledged as the source;
    2. all titles credits and URLs are included; and
    3. you comply with any legal notice contained in the website.

This permission is revocable by NICE at any time.

  1. Any personal data held by NICE on users visiting this website will be used for the purpose of NICE or the IMI Get Real contributors business.   2. Personal data used for maintaining our mailing lists for the distribution of newsletters may be passed to data processors or other third parties approved or contracted by NICE to enable us to maintain these services.

Availability of the websites
